Happy 7 months
Happy Monthly Birthday Marley!!!
She is growing up so fast and it is so much fun watching her explore her world through touch and of course her mouth. There are no signs of teeth, but she loves to bite on everything. Marley is also getting the hang of eating different foods: peas, green beans, sweet potatoes, rice cereal etc. Last night, she even rolled 4 times~ I tried to get it on video, but she got camera shy..

6 months!
Hi Everyone!
I know it has been a long stretch of time since I've blogged. Marley, Victor and I are doing extremely well! We can't believe that Marley is 6 months, time sure does fly! Some Marley highlights: Eating baby food, enjoys sucking on her fingers and loves to have conversations!

rites of passage
we celebrated marley's baptism last week! we are truly thankful for everyone who has helped us raise our beautiful daughter in this intense world that we live in. marley's godparents: jaylyn & mark torres, cecilia reyes and juncar rubiano. i will post more pictures soon!
it's been awhile
hi everyone! ever since school started, it has been crazy. below are some highlights from the past couple of weeks...
our good friend mary is about to jump the broom in a couple of weeks! we celebrated by spending the day at a spa in napa, ate some great food and relaxed!
weeks later, we celebrated with her and jon at their wedding shower!
marley's bff (sorry thomas and cindy) maliyah is getting bigger and bigger! they just love hanging out with each other.
alyssa spent a couple of days with us. she had the opportunity to attend our yearly basketball camp facilitated by the golden state warriors. she also spent some quality time with marley. they just adored one another!
the next bj penn! marley weighed in a 14 lbs and 25 inches in length! she is developing well at 4 months!
marley loves her nina (spanish for god mama) jaylyn! we spent a couple of hours hanging out with her nina and catching up. marley showed nina jaylyn her affection by leaving a huge drool mark on nina jaylyn's arm~
marley has been adapting well at rock and she enjoys spending time with curt, sarah and erica. marley attended her first rock event--a huge thank you to the golden state warrior's for adopting another classroom and investing in the children and youth of visitacion valley! a couple of weeks ago the warrior's unveiled the reading and learning center at visitacion valley middle school, gave away backpacks and had al attles (hall of famer) speak to the young people.
