2010... a celebration of life...

happy new year! january has been filled with tremendous amounts of happiness as well as sadness. prior to the start of the new year, marley and i visited her nina ceci in the east coast. marley is such a great travel buddy as she completely enjoyed the ride and just hung out. she wasn't one of "those" babies that most folks on airplanes hate. as soon as the airplane took off, marley was sound asleep.

on january 15th 2010 at 6:30 pm my father passed away at san francisco general hospital. he lived a great life at his young age of 102. my heart is still heavy as i wish i could physically hug him. it is so painful, especially since marley looks for him when we go downstairs... however, i am thankful that my dad got to meet marley and spend time with her for the past 8 months of her life.

we all miss you dad! please watch over us and make sure that we are safe!
